Miquelon Lake Provincial Park consists of land set out by Order in Council and "Section 7" land. On the map, the "OC" sections are in green; the Section 7 land is indicated by pink stripes. Under the Provincial Parks (Section 7 Declaration) Regulation, the Provincial Parks Act, Provincial Parks (General) Regulation and Provincial Parks (Dispositions) Regulation apply to Section 7 land as if it were a park. As there are no facilities here, this Section 7 land should be considered like a day use area - no camping, no fires, open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
