Seasonal Wonders

      From the first signs of spring to the quiet hush of winter, nature is always on the move.  In this interactive program, students will uncover the wonders of seasonal change and explore the clever ways plants and animals adapt to survive and thrive throughout the year.

      This hands-on experience helps students connect with the rhythms of nature through movement, observation, and imagination.

      Students will:

      • Discover how animals adapt to Alberta’s changing seasons
      • Spot signs of seasonal transformation
      • Freely explore nature to make seasonal nature observations
      • Get up close and hands-on with the sights, sounds, and textures of the season
