    The Contact Centre can make, change and cancel reservations for individual campsites, group camping areas and comfort camping included on Reserve.AlbertaParks.ca

    Late Arrival 

    • If you plan to arrive after 2 PM on the day following your scheduled arrival date, you MUST notify the Contact Centre to ensure your reservation is held. 
    • If you don't notify the Contact Centre of your late arrival, you are considered a "no show" and your reservation is cancelled.  The campsite is then released for resale.
    • "No show" campers 
      • For regular and comfort camping - up to four nights camping fees are forfeited, depending on the length of the scheduled stay. Any remaining fees are refunded.
      • For group camping, all group camping fees are forfeited. 
      • The reservation fee is not refunded for any "No show" camper (regular, comfort or group camping).
