We're excited to discuss the possibility of hosting your special event in an Alberta Park. As a first step, please fill out the form below and submit your special event application at least 30 days in advance of your event. For events occurring between May and September, it is strongly recommended that applications be submitted at least 90 days in advance.
Applications are accepted up to one year in advance. Upon application submission you will receive an email confirming we have received your submission. One of our staff will then be in contact with you to discuss your specific event and requirements.
Please note, submitting an application does not provide approval. A permit is only issued after the terms and conditions specific to your event have been met.
As well, proof of general liability insurance (minimum $2,000,000 per occurrence) may be required. For group picnics, non-programmed school activities or activities by organized groups such as Girl Guides, Boy Scouts or Junior Forest Wardens the requirement for insurance may be waived.
