Gregoire Lake Provincial Park is located 30 km southeast of Fort McMurray. The purpose of the campground expansion is to accommodate the growing recreational demand within the Fort McMurray area.
The public review and comment period held March 23 to May 21, 2009 for the Gregoire Lake Provincial Park proposed campground expansion and facility upgrades is now complete.
Thank you for providing your feedback. Your ideas and suggestions will help determine the future of the proposed campground and facility upgrades at Gregoire Lake Provincial Park.
Future decisions on the campground expansion will be based on the results of an environmental assessment, to be completed this fall, as well as a historical resources review and the availability of funding.
