Responsibilities

Police Outpost is joining the Host Program for the first time in 2025, so site-specific responsibilities are yet to be determined. Hosts at this site should be flexible and adaptable to evolving duties and environments during the placement. There is an opportunity for hosts to support the development of interpretive signage by researching the history of the park and surrounding area.

Additional Information

The campground is about a 30-minute drive from Waterton Lakes National Park and, as a result, may experience more international visitors. Hosts at this site are required to attend a district training session in early May, either in person or online.
