Staying dry is not guaranteed when we dip into the world of wetlands! Students learn about roles, interactions and adaptations that occur in the wetland ecosystem. With the dip of a net, we explore living and non-living components of this rich environment and how it all works together. Students become biologists for a day, helping to determine if we have a healthy wetland by examining factors like water chemistry and invertebrate populations.
