Recreation Notes

Camping: there are four designated backcountry campsites in Whitehorse, each equipped with a pit toilet and bear pull for food supplies; random backcountry camping is also permitted in the park.

Hiking/horseback riding: several kilometres of unmaintained trails.

Mtn. biking: mountain biking is permitted on Upper Whitehorse Creek Trail only; other areas in the park are either unsuitable or too fragile for mountain biking.

Hunting: hunting is prohibited in the Cadomin Cave and Cardinal Divide special management zones.

OHV riding: OHVs are only permitted on the county road that runs through the park.
