    Note Permitted activities may vary within a park. Please confirm details with park staff.

    • Backcountry camping: There are five designated backcountry camping areas in Lakeland Provincial Recreation Area.  The adjacent Lakeland Provincial Park has an additional 16 backcountry camping areas.  Random backcountry camping is not permitted in Lakeland. 
    • Backcountry activities: Please complete and submit a Voluntary Backcountry Travel Notification form.  
    • Beach: Pinehurst and Touchwood lakes 
    • Canoeing: Ironwood, Pinehurst and Touchwood lakes
    • Fishing/power boating/sailing/swimming/windsurfing: Pinehurst, Seibert and Touchwood lakes
    • Ice fishing: Seibert Lake
    • OHV riding: On designated trails only.  Off-trail use prohibited.
