West Bragg Creek Trail Report

As trails in this area are very wet and muddy with some lingering snow biking and equestrian use are strongly discouraged. Please give the area time to dry to minimize damage.  Please note that the West Bragg Creek Parking Lot is under construction. For additional information please review the construction advisory.

Closures:

  1. The West Bragg Creek parking lot will be closed to all public access from Tuesday April 25 to Friday April 28 for construction. An alternate access to this trail system is available from Allen Bill or Station Flats Day Use areas on Highway 66. 


Notes: 

  1. Bears are beginning to emerge from hibernation. Carry bear spray, keep dogs on leash, remain observant and observe wildlife safety techniques
  2. The West Bragg Creek Parking Lot is under construction - check the West Bragg Creek Upgrades Advisory for details. 
  3. Caution is advised as natural hazards may be encountered on trails.
  4. The All Season Trails system was created in partnership with the Government of Alberta and the Greater Bragg Creek Trails Association (GBCTA). Please visit the GBTCA website to learn more.
