Preparing for a Youth Group Visit

• Chose a location and activity.
• • Temporary marshes suitable for a wetlands study can be found at Votier's Flats Day Use Area, close to the lower washrooms.  This may not be possible if the season is very dry.
  • Check the suggestions for youth group activities below.
• Review wildlife safety tips and park rules with participants.  Discuss how park rules support the natural environment and a commitment to its care.
• Discuss with drivers the exact area of the park you plan to visit with volunteers. Review the route to be taken.
