Recreation Notes

Birding: sandhill cranes, boreal owls, northern pygmy owls, greater yellowlegs, western tanagers and solitary sandpipers.

Cross-country skiing: 20 km ungroomed trails.

Interpretive programs: children's programs and evening events during summer months.

Power boating: vessels subject to 12 km/h speed limit on Twin Lakes; in posted areas, vessels prohibited/subject to 12 km/h speed limit on Crimson Lake.
