This event consists of both an Olympic distance and sprint triathlon as well as full distance and sprint duathlon.

• The swims take place at Canmore's Quarry Lake. 
• The cycling legs follow the breathtaking Three Sisters Parkway.
• The running legs are on paved trails at the Canmore Nordic Centre.
