Note:  Water is available from a hand pump at this site. Although Alberta Parks strives to maintain water quality, we recommend that you bring your own drinking water. This campground is located in Dead Man's Flats (just outside Canmore on Hwy. 1); the boat launch here is for non-motorized public vessels only; commercial operators require a permit to launch or take out any non-motorized vessels; during summer months, sewage disposal is available at a nearby Husky service station (for a fee).
