Beauvais Lake Provincial Park is an important and rare landscape. Students can investigate wetland, fescue grassland and forest ecosystems. They can explore the natural wonders of the park on a three-hour field study or a one-hour educational videoconference program. All programs are connected to the Alberta science and social studies curricula, and are led by an environmental educator.
In addition to those at Beauvais Lake, there are other videoconference opportunities at sites across the province.
We also have learning resources for teachers and students to use.
