Virtual Tour of Alberta's Natural Regions

In Alberta, we use the natural regions landscape classification system to describe environmental diversity. It is the scientific framework for the provincial parks system. Check out Zooming In - Alberta's Regions, an online resource designed to teach students about Alberta's six natural regions. Through embedded video and photography explore the birds, mammals and geographical features that distinguish one natural region from another.
